Southdown Wellbeing Centre

How They Help: Free community wellbeing support, groups, and drop-in sessions for adults
Who It’s For: Adults aged 18+ living in East Sussex who want support for their mental health and emotional wellbeing

Overview
The Southdown Wellbeing Service offers free, community-based support to help adults improve their mental health, confidence, and connection. The service provides group sessions, wellbeing activities, and information on local support options.
No referral is needed — you can attend an Open Access session to speak with a member of the team, explore what’s available, and complete a short needs assessment if you’d like to join groups. If group support isn’t the right fit, staff can offer information and signposting to other services.
Open Access sessions are available weekly across Hastings, Eastbourne, Uckfield, Bexhill, Hailsham, and Newhaven.
