Overview
HOPELINE247 offers free, confidential support for anyone under 35 experiencing thoughts of suicide, as well as for those worried about someone else. Trained advisers provide a safe space to talk, helping callers focus on staying safe, understand why suicidal thoughts may be present, and explore ways to move forward.

They also support parents, carers, and professionals to start open conversations about suicide and find appropriate help.

Availability: Online and by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and bank holidays.
