SEED

How They Help: Support and early intervention for eating disorders
Who It’s For: Individuals of all ages and their families across the UK

Overview
SEED is a UK charity founded by people with lived experience of eating disorders. It provides early intervention, emotional support, and practical guidance for those affected by conditions such as anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, ARFID, and other disordered eating patterns.

Services include an online support hub, resource packs for parents and schools, one-to-one support calls, and self-referral options. SEED works to reduce stigma, raise awareness, and promote recovery through education, advocacy, and training.
