Off the Record offers free, confidential support including counselling, listening services, LGBTQ+ groups, young parent sessions, and advocacy. It’s a trusted space for young people navigating challenges with identity, anxiety, family relationships, or emotional regulation. Support is available both in person and online, with school-based partnerships and local drop-ins.
