Overview
The Early Childhood and Family Service (ECFS), delivered by Action for Children, provides advice, play activities, and practical support for families with young children. Families can access guidance online, at their local library, or through sessions held in community venues and 15 family bases across Norfolk. Trained ECFS teams also offer home and group-based support for families needing extra help during the early years.
