Overview
Dragonflies provides free emotional and therapeutic support for children and families experiencing bereavement, whether before or after a loss. The service helps young people express feelings, build resilience, and find connection with others going through similar experiences.
What They Offer
- Peer Support Groups (ages 5–18): Creative therapeutic activities and group discussions delivered by trained staff and volunteers over 8 weekly 1-hour sessions.
- One-to-One Counselling (ages 15–18): Individual therapy sessions with volunteer counsellors, offering 8 weekly 50-minute sessions.
